Hatcher Estates
2025 Home Owner’s Association
Spring is in full bloom. Thanks to the many of you who have already started your outdoor beautifications.
The ACC team walked the subdivision and noted numerous violations:
- We ask that “special attention” be given to the following areas:
- Weeds in flower beds/bed neglect (weeds growing around trees)
- Lawns not cut including edging
- Shrubs/hedges not maintained (dead & not trimmed)
- Weeds in walkways/driveways/lawn
- Trailers, campers, and RV’s cannot be parked in your driveways
- Fences (boards need replacing)
- Trailers parked in driveway (all trailers must be parked behind a fence)
- Pressure washing
- Lawn treatment signs (must be removed by resident after
- Parking – overnight parking on streets not allowed
In preparation, the Architectural Control Committee will be conducting another walk-thru after April 1st, at this point violation notices will be served in accordance with the neighborhood covenants
We would like to remind everyone that all exterior modifications require the completion of the HEHOA ACC review form, which includes fence renovation, painting; roof replacement and any other modifications to the exterior of homes in the subdivision. The ACC request form are located on the Hatcher Estates Website as well, please register on the our website.
Although not totally where we want to be at, with regards to the covenants, we will continue to strive to get there. If there are issues that you notice, as ambassadors of the neighborhood, please feel free to contact the ACC Committee.
Please register in the website to receive future notifications via e-mail. The Covenants may be accessed at the Hatcher Estates website as well (www.hatcherestates.com).
