This is to inform you that last week, the Warner Robins City Planning & Zoning Manager, Mr. Darin Curtis, submitted a site plan to the Hatcher Estates Homeowners’ Association (below). This plan outlines a frontage road and does not include any proposals for vertical construction at this time. Mr. Curtis has assured us that any future plans for vertical construction will be shared with the HOA. Please note that the current layout may change as new developments are proposed.
