Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is made up of your fellow neighbors and homeowners. We are a group of people who are willing to help you maintain the architectural harmony intended in the covenants. A complete plan of the construction (or renovation) is required and the committee must approve your request within 60 days after all the pertinent information is received and evalauted for compliance with the covenants. Most plans are approved, sometimes with some restrictions, but we are ready to help you any way we can. The Architectural Review form that you need to submit can be downloaded in the Covenants and Forms page in this website. Help us work with you by promptly submitting all the information required in the form and the covenants. This group of volunteers also serve as covenant enforcement.
